These terms apply to your use of the MP3 Converter Studio Android app, published by TheYourList. By installing or using the app you agree to them.
What the app does
The app converts, cuts, joins, splits, mixes and records audio on your own device. All processing is local; the app provides no hosting, syncing or sharing service.
Your content and your responsibility
You keep all rights to the files you process. You are responsible for having the right to use them. Do not use the app to copy, convert or distribute material you do not own or have permission to use — including copyrighted music, films or recordings. We have no access to your files and therefore cannot moderate what you do with them.
Premium
The app is free to use, supported by ads, with some limits. Premium removes the ads and those limits. Three plans are offered through Google Play:
- Monthly — an auto-renewing subscription, billed every month.
- Yearly — an auto-renewing subscription, billed every year.
- Lifetime — a single one-time payment. It is not a subscription and nothing renews.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in Google Play → Subscriptions; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for. Prices are shown in your local currency inside the app before you confirm, and Google Play processes every payment — we never handle your card details.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's refund policy. Request refunds through Google Play rather than from us, since we cannot process them.
Ads
The free version shows ads supplied by Unity Ads. A rewarded ad may be offered as an alternative way to unlock a Premium-limited action once. Any Premium purchase removes all ads.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is". Audio and video conversion depends on your device's own hardware codecs, and some files, formats or devices may fail to convert. Always keep your original files: we are not liable for lost or damaged media, and you should not treat the app as a backup.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TheYourList is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version is always on this page with its date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
